History

812 Storage, located at 8691 State Route 812 in between New Bremen, NY and Lowville, NY is a family owned and operated business. In 1989 a 7 acre parcel of land was bought and the 50' x 120' building was developed. In 1993, the 50' x 80' building was added. Both of these buildings were used by a variety of large businesses throughout the years. In 1995, a few of the  self storage units were added while the newest ones came in 2011. 

In 2019, the business was sold to the next generation, a husband and wife team,  who plan on expanding the business in the future.
